Marla joins our team from New Orleans, Louisiana, where she enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the sun at the beach, boating, swimming, reading a good book, and attending live concerts whenever she can.

She shares her home with one very special pug named Saint (yes, a nod to the New Orleans Saints!) and three cats, Blue, Swayze, and Richard, so it's safe to say she understands just how important our pets are to our families.

With her bubbly personality and genuine love for connecting with people, Marla is passionate about helping pet owners navigate their pets' healthcare needs. Whether she's answering questions, scheduling appointments, or simply offering a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, her goal is to make every client feel welcomed, supported, and confident they're giving their pets the very best care.
