Main Street Veterinary Hospital is proud to partner with Dr. Brier Bostrom, a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist who provides advanced diagnostic and consultation services right here in our hospital.

Working alongside our veterinarians, Dr. Bostrom helps evaluate and manage complex medical conditions that require specialized expertise. She offers advanced abdominal, cardiac, and thoracic ultrasound examinations, allowing many pets to receive comprehensive diagnostics in the comfort of the hospital they already know and trust. When appropriate, she also performs ultrasound-guided procedures such as fine needle aspirates of internal organs and fluid collection to aid in diagnosis.

Following each consultation, Dr. Bostrom collaborates directly with our veterinary team to review findings and develop the most appropriate treatment plan for your pet. This partnership allows us to provide a higher level of care while keeping your pet's healthcare coordinated through Main Street Veterinary Hospital whenever possible.

Dr. Bostrom earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia before completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Texas A&M University. She has been serving veterinary hospitals throughout the Charlotte area since 2013 and is passionate about working collaboratively with primary care veterinarians to improve the health and quality of life of their patients.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Bostrom enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband, a high school teacher, and their two mixed-breed dogs.
