Below are the reviews from our patients who have experienced real and lasting results from Main Street Veterinary Hospital.
Mainstreet won us over when our puppy had a reaction to his first vaccines. We had a late appointment that day. As soon as he had his reaction we came back, but it was after closing while the staff was cleaning. They immediately took us in with no additional charges and cared for our boy even though they were closed. They seemed so genuinely concerned and even called the next day to check on him. We've been loyal since and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
They are the greatest! We met Dr. Goodwin about 5 years ago at another veterinary office when we adopted out sweet chihuahua Tank. We followed her to Main Street when she left. We have since moved to SouthEnd and continue to make the trip up to see her. She is the best vet ever!!! Everyone in the office is so kind and great with animals. We highly recommend!
I love the entire staff at Main Street Vet. They are attentive to my and my dog's needs, flexible with appointments, and my dog loves to visit them. They always remember both our names and take the time to listen to any of my concerns regarding her health. I've been to many vets in the area before coming to Main Street, and my dog and I have found our vet 'home'!
We love this veterinary hospital! We first learned about them because they work with Family Addition Dog Rescue and we rescued our sweet Pixie Doodle from FADR. They gave Pixie a final exam and determined she was healthy enough to be adopted. We agreed to bring her back for her spay operation and asked them to clean her chompers while she was already under anesthesia. You would not believe the beautiful job they did on her incision. Pixie never once licked at it because it was a flawless seam. H
The entire team is simply exceptional! When I moved from Mooresville to Cornelius in 2014, I started bringing my pets to Main Street. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you and your pet are treated with compassion and kindness. Furthermore, they know their stuff and have an uncanny ability to present treatment options in a non-judgemental way. Special thanks to Dr. Goodwin for helping us through some difficult times with our Roxie!
