Dr. Atkins

Please welcome Main Street's NEWEST doctor, Dr. Caroline Atkins! Dr. Atkins is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, but moved to the Carolinas while in college and has no plans to leave! She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from College of Charleston and went on to earn her veterinary degree from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.


Dr. Atkins now lives in Charlotte with her husband Josh and three dogs Scout (Great Pyrenees mix), Remy (Labrador) and Winston (Labrador). In her free time, she enjoys furniture restoration, antiquing, baking, and visiting the mountains.


Dr. Atkins has a special interest in pain management, surgery, nutrition, and geriatric and end-of-life care.
