Congratulations on your new puppy! During our four weekly, interactive sessions we will work together on:
- Discussing common puppy issues (potty training, chewing, biting, jumping, to name a few)
- Introduction to obedience training (walking on a leash, sit, down, stay, coming when called)
Puppy kindergarten serves to socialize young dogs so that they may learn to handle stress and unfamiliar situations as an adult. All puppies undergo a critical developmental stage/socialization period the first 16 weeks of his/her life. Positive exposure to people, places, animals, sights, and sounds during this “critical socialization period” teaches puppies to accept and be comfortable with these things in the future. Additionally, the class educates owners in canine development and behavior problems. If you would like your puppy to become a confident, well-mannered and loving member of your household, contact us today!
